Ticket & Table Options

Cat Daddys Table: $10,000

Cat Daddys receive a table for ten nearest the stage, plated meals, twenty drink tickets, champagne, and 10,000 votes for the dancer(s) of their choice. Additional recognition will be included at the event venue, in the event slideshow, and in printed materials.

Dancing Fools Table: $5,000

Dancing Fools receive a table for ten near the stage, plated meals, twenty drink tickets, and 5,000 votes for the dancer(s) of their choice. Additional recognition will be included in the event slideshow and in printed materials.

Quick Steppers Table: $3,500

Quick Steppers receive a table for ten, plated meals, twenty drink tickets, and 3,500 votes for the dancer(s) of their choice. Additional recognition will be included in the event slideshow and in printed materials.

Toe Tappers Table: $2,000

Toe Tappers receive a table for ten, plated meals, twenty drink tickets, and 2,000 votes for the dancer(s) of their choice.

General Admission Ticket: $200

General Admission tickets receive a seat at a table for ten, a plated meal, and 200 votes for the dancer(s) of their choice.

Answers to some frequently asked questions.

Votes can be cast at the time of ticket and table purchase or donation, or on the night of the event. When checking out, select either your dancer(s) of choice. If you choose to vote on the night of Dancing with West Texas Stars, please know your votes will count to one of our four smaller prizes, not the grand prize. At the event, you will be given a card which will allow you to cast the votes you have purchased, and to purchase additional votes.

Absolutely! If doing so via cash or check, simply note the dancers you are voting for and CCWTX staff will distribute your votes accordingly. If voting and paying online, please include a description of how you would like to distribute your votes. Please note, your vote total must equal your total donation. For example, 10 votes per dancer for all twelve stars must equal a donation of $120 or more.
