24-Hour Crisis Intervention
Our 24/7 hotline is answered by a trained staff member 365 days a year for issues related to domestic violence or sexual assault. Crisis intervention and advocacy are available on a walk-in basis during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at 910-B S. Grant. Call the hotline at 1-866-627-4747 for more info.
Our Advocates Provide:
- Confidential support for women, men and youth who have experienced domestic or sexual violence (in both stranger and non stranger assaults), as well as for concerned friends and family.
- Intake services for our shelter and counseling programs.
- Immediate assistance in English and Spanish. We can assist speakers of other languages and the hearing impaired through a language line.
- 24-hour Hospital Accompaniment for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to area hospitals. Advocates also provide accompaniment to prosecutor’s offices and courts.
Case management, counseling, accompaniment and referrals for other services are also available for those that need support but don’t need to stay at one of our shelters. These services are available in the Gaines, Loving, Pecos, Reeves, Ward, and Winkler counties. These services are available on a walk-in basis from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at our outreach center at 910-B S. Grant in Odessa.
