Big News for CCWTX

Even when the music stopped, the fun wasn't over. Dancing with West Texas Stars 2017 featured the news of a $1 million donation by the Wood Family Foundation to fund the new Louise Wood Angel House Shelter. This news spurred a challenge gift of $150,000, and led to an additional $200,000 being pledged to fund Crisis Center of West Texas’ planned $5 million shelter designed by JSA Architects. The night ended with $350,000 pledged for the sake providing a more suitable space for West Texans seeking safety from domestic and sexual violence.
